RE: Pack 43 – 2nd Annual Community Trunk or Treat
Pack 43 Cub Scouts is one of Raynham’s local Cub Scout Packs. We are currently planning our 2nd Annual Community Trunk or Treat and are seeking high school volunteers in order to help make this a successful event. This Halloween themed event will feature trunk or treating, games, costume contests, concessions, face painting, raffles, music, and a haunted house. We understand that there may be high school volunteers in need of community service hours.
The 2nd Annual Community Trunk or Treat will be held at the Borden Colony Multipurpose Field, Saturday October 28th 2017 from 1pm-3:30pm.
We could use 6-8 high school volunteers for help with the following activities:
- Games
- Concessions
- Face Painting
- Haunted House line
We thank you in advance for any assistance that you may be able to provide in order for us to make this a successful event for the community of Raynham. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Jennifer Sharland
