Part 1: CONCUSSION AWARENESS TRAINING: Annually

Per MA State Law, this training must be completed every year by BOTH the student athlete and at least one parent. During the seasonal sports registration process, both athlete & parent will be asked to sign off that the training has been completed.

We recommend printing the instructions as you will need to reference them.

  • This Test can ONLY be taken on a Laptop or PC that has a MOUSE CONTROLLER and a KEYBOARD.* You can NOT use a phone, tablet, or touch screen devices.
