Required Baseline Testing

Part 2: BASELINE NEUROCOGNITIVE TEST: Bi-Yearly

Per the BRRSD School Committee, it is mandatory that all athletes be baseline tested for neurocognition, as part of the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District Concussion Awareness Policy. This test is required every other year.

Similar to physical exams, the baseline test expires after 2years. Example: a test taken October 2021, expires October 2023, and a new test is needed in order to participate in winter/spring seasons.

If you need to be tested, please see the QUICK LINKS section on this page and use these two items:

  • "Baseline TESTING INSTRUCTIONS"
  • "Baseline TESTING LINK"
  • **Reminder, this is a free online Baseline test, you take at home**

We strongly recommend printing the instructions as you will need to reference them.

  • This Test can ONLY be taken on a Laptop or PC that has a MOUSE CONTROLLER and a KEYBOARD.* You can NOT use a phone, tablet, or touch screen devices.
